    • A high-performance exterior envelope
    • High-performance mechanical systems
    • Efficient lighting and controls
    • Utilities converted from steam to hot water
    • Heavy timber carbon offset
  • Reduces water usage: no permanent irrigation
  • Increases the area under enhanced stormwater management
  • Cultivates healthy and resilient habitats by integrating existing Prospect House woodlands
  • Reinforces campus pedestrian and bicycle paths
